If we cancel your holiday for any reason, we will do our best to offer an alternative date or holiday of your choice. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do this, we would offer a full refund.

We will only operate holidays when we are 100% confident that all elements of a trip meet our strict Covid-safe criteria.

If you need to change your booking, we can transfer your deposit payment to your new booking less any non-recoverable costs.

All our flight-inclusive bookings are protected through our ATOL membership and all other bookings are protected through ABTA.
