Book with us and travel with confidence

Dear valued customers,

Due to the unprecedented events relating to COVID-19, we have taken the decision to suspend all our tours that were planned to operate until the end of April. If you are due to travel with us on a tour in April, we will be contact with you over the next few days, in departure date order.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, leaders and staff is paramount, and we must react to the rapidly changing travel advice of the UK and other authorities.

Please be reassured that our team have many years’ experience in dealing with events disrupting travel arrangements and are well placed to assist you in circumstances such as these.

We continue to recommend that you monitor the government travel advice for your holiday destination including any change to entry requirements which are subject to change at short notice and without warning. You can check the FCO advice here.

Please be aware that our lines are busy as we prioritise customers booked to travel imminently. We would be grateful if you could limit calling us over the next few days, unless necessary, so that we can reach those whose holidays will be affected in order of departure. We very much appreciate your assistance during this challenging and uncertain time, which we recognise must be frustrating to you.

If you have a trip booked later in the year we’d encourage you to not call us over the next few days, unless absolutely necessary, just so we can contact those who are imminently impacted. We thank you for your patience, support and understanding.

Private Group Bookings

We will be in touch with your private group organiser to discuss your plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my travel insurance cover me for problems relating to the Coronavirus?

Those travelling with us purchase travel insurance from a wide range of providers. It is essential that you read the policy wording carefully as some policies may not cover claims relating to pandemics such as the Coronavirus. If in doubt, please contact your travel insurer for further information.

If I have returned from a destination which may be affected by the Coronavirus, is there anything I need to know?

The UK Government provides advice for returning travellers who have visited destinations affected by the Coronavirus.

We will continue to review UK government advice, airline policies and local advice from our destinations and revise our holiday itineraries and advice to travellers to ensure that we support the precautions being put in place to contain the virus and protect the health of those travelling with us. Should there be any change to government advice, we will contact any customers affected.
